Hi Tina, it's not daft thinking they are exhausted. My Jimmy (8) doesn't have RA and is often like a whirling dervish for a couple of weeks non stop and then all of a sudden he just conks out. He even gets whingy and tearful and we know it's just because he's burnt himself out and needs a rest - often when he's been running around with his cousins a lot. He then has a couple of quite days and is ok again. The methotrexate will make a difference to Daniel in terms of tiredness, particularly if he is sick too. Hope you are feeling ok.

Hi Tina, my eldest son 12 has asthma and is often exhausted especially in the winter with cold and damp. A mom 'knows' when her child isn't right. Best to get them checked at docs if you are worried. My son has been sledging, but the cold has set his asthma off. I had to balance this against the good the fresh air and exercise would do him!!! Hoping I won't be up all night now!! I know it isn't the same as arthritis but I just wanted you to know I do un derstand.

Thinking of you

Thank goodness you have an appointment at last. Best to write everything down as it comes to mind from now as you only get one chance with these people. Best of luck!

Glad u got appointments sorted Tina, so good u can be there with Daniel too
I agree with the others ~ mums usually know best,
hope your pains improve too xx
also think its very good idea to write things down, otherwise there's always that awful tendency to remember exactly what we really wanted to say on the way homeHuh

HI Tina,

I think it would help if you kept a diary of all this pain, when and where you get it.
It does sound as if something is going on and if you keep a diary you might begin to see a pattern, or at least you will know exactly what to tell the doc.
Are you stiff on a morning or just painful feet?
You do need to get it sorted, you can't go on ignoring pain.

Love, Doreen xx
